“What I treasure about our time on the mat, and also find fascinating, is learning and relearning how my body works and moves. Rhyanna has helped with old injuries (as well as new!) and helped me add mobility to strength and better understand how to create balance and better functionality in my body.

I love the fact that I can start a session saying ”I am tight here” or “sore there” depending on what I have been training in the days prior (or what stupid #### I have done) and Rhyanna tailors the session to work out those kinks!

Having the private yoga sessions also really helps me understand why and how we do certain poses, how we move into those poses and ALWAYS how breathing is so important and makes such a difference (it’s easy to forget sometimes when you’re stretching and hurting!). I love the energy of your classes but the private sessions have been a great way for me to learn and evolve and that’s what it’s all about!”
